Yet another gap was faded again on Friday.
If you have reading my blog , in past month ,I have been mentioning , in our chat room shorting resistance and buying support and day trading has been working well and we will continue to do that until trend changes. Classic bear market gap up and fade action over and over again. SPY trying to hold 190.50 support but underneath plenty damages in individual stocks and sectors. Monday, I will be watching leader stocks like TSLA, AMZN, FB for clue. They all need to hold those supports. Blood bath in biotech sectors as they are in liquidation mode and getting oversold. So i will be looking at few oversold bio names intra day for a bounce. If you are playing bounce, please make sure to set a low risk stop and respect it or you might get caught like a “deer in headlight” if the trade doesn’t work out.
