Another flat day in the markets. Not much going on in the indices as we are just basing right above support & right under resistance. Even though the market was flat today there was a slight shift in the price action today. There were movers everywhere and breakouts were having follow through. My scans were filled with stocks that made 4% plus moves 3x as many as we saw some days last week.
