Jerome came to the rescue today. There was no new verbiage from him but the overhang was released and the market had been looking for an excuse to go.
There was a little dip right before 3pm but besides that it was straight up after that. There was a broad based run as the IWM was up 2.5%. Hot hot heat not much else to say.
