We have fixed the issues with the cpu load on the site that was slowing down the chatroom. Sorry for the inconvenience I know its a big pain! But we had almost every member ask us to build a chatroom that they could use on their iphones and ipads and there really wasnt a 3rd party vendor out there that had a similiar one to the one we had. If you been on other tradign sites most chatrooms are just 1 big page of scripts with no features. So we built a fresh one! and fresh ones have bugs. they are fixed now.
go to this page – https://bullsonwallstreet.com/trading-floor/ and once the page is loaded that they click refresh or CTRL + F5. Make sure to let them know if that does not work, for them to please clear their browser cache and history.

Internet Explorer 8 and above
From the Safety menu in the upper right, click Delete Browsing
History… .
Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select Temporary Internet
files, Cookies, and History.
Click Delete.
