During the beginning of our work shop, we will go over the basics on what a trading plan is, and why it is essential to your trading success. A trading plan is no different that a business plan. It's the structure and processes behind your trading style and setups you trade. Sticking to your trading plan increases your edge in the markets, and ensures that you have a framework to work throughout your trade journaling.
Matching Work / Lifestyle Traits To Your Trading Plan
Everyone's different. Some people work full-time 9-5 jobs, while others work night shifts. Some own businesses, some work for businesses. Knowing your lifestyle circumstances plays a pivotal role in the trading strategies you use. Some work better for market opens, some work better for swing trading (longer-term holding positions), and some work better in 24/7 operating markets like crypto currency or forex.
