Q: How do I watch Kunal on video?

A: Each morning, Kunal will post a link to the video feed. He sends this out as a Buy alert, so it will remain in the alerts window and will also be emailed to you as a trade alert. If click on the link and the video doesn’t work, please make sure your plugins are updated in your browser, and/or try accessing the link with a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari should all work). If it still doesn’t work, let us know.

Q: What do you trade?

A: We primarily trade small cap stocks. We don’t trade options, futures, or the currency markets.

Q: What is your trading style?

A: We are short-term trend traders. When buying or shorting a stock our plan is usually to sell within the market hours of that same day, or within the following few days.

Q: Can you teach me how to trade stocks?

A: Yes! We provide information and educational services for traders of every level. As a member, you will have access to educational videos, blog posts, webinars, and the ability to watch, learn and ask questions in the chatroom. So you will DEFINITELY learn how to trade stocks. Q: Is this okay for beginners? I’ve never traded before.

A: Yes, it is OK for beginners, but before you jump in and start trading, take some time to review the Education blog posts and videos, check out our Bootcamp page, learn how the chatroom and trade alerts work, and ask some questions if you are confused or feeling overwhelmed. Kunal, Maribeth, Szaman and many of our subscribers are happy to help those eager to learn — take advantage of their experience!

Q: Can I lose money trading?

A: Yes. The Bulls Method of trading focuses on minimizing losses through proper risk management, but all trading involves the potential to lose money. By learning and following a proven, rules-based method of trading you can keep those losses small, though.

Using the Site

Q: I want to make money trading stocks with Kunal! Where do I signup?

A: Visit our Pricing page to signup for an account. Email Tim@bullson.ws if you have questions about how to signup or what type of account is best for you.

Q: I’d like to give Bulls a try, but I’m not ready to get a regular account yet. Is there a way for me to learn how to trade stocks for free?

A: Yes! We offer a Free Trial account that gives you access to everything for 14 days. Signup on the homepage!

Q: How do I access the blogs and educational posts?

A: To access premium blog posts, educational posts, and the chatroom you will need a valid account (signup here). You login by clicking on the Login button in the top right-hand corner of the page, entering your username and password, and then clicking Login.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: Click the Login button in the top right-hand corner of the page. On the next page that appears click “Lost your password” and then enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Using the Chatroom

Q: How do I access the chat?

A: Login to your account by clicking the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of any page on the site. After logging in, a black bar will appear at the bottom of the screen: click on the Bulls Chat button. A new window will pop up: click on Bulls chat at the top to enter the room.

Q: How do I make the chat screen bigger?

A: Click on the Pop out button in the upper left-hand corner of the chat window. This will allow you to move the chat window and also resize it, by click and dragging on the arrow in the bottom right hand corner.

Q: How do I post a message in the chat room?

A: Enter your message in the whitespace at the bottom of the chat and hit the Enter key on your keyboard to post the message.

Q: How can I send a private message in chat?

A: Clicking on a user’s name will open from the list on the right will open a private chat window.

Q: How do I direct a public message at a specific user?

A: If you click on someone’s name in the chat stream it will add @thatpersonsname to the beginning of your message and also code the message background so it stands out.

Q: How do I disable the sound notification triggered when someone posts a new message?

A: In the lower right-hand corner of the chat bar is a gear symbol: click on that and it will allow you enable and disable that sound.

Q: Where can I see what Kunal is trading?

A: Kunal and Maribeth’s trades appear in the window on the right side of the chat. Buys are marked with a “B,” sells with an “S”, and radar (stocks to watch) with a radar symbol.

Q: Where I can review the chat logs from previous days?

A: Each day’s chat is archived and can be accessed by clicking on the stack of coins symbol in the bottom left-hand corner of the chat bar.

Q: Where do I unsubscribe from trade alert emails?

A: Login and click on the button labeled My Account at the top of the page; at the bottom of the page is a checkbox to subscribe/unsubscribe from trading alert emails.
